She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not. Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.Tag

wish you were here.
So, so you think you can tellHeaven from Hell, Blue skies from pain. Can you tell a green field, From a cold steel rail? A smile from a veil? Do you think you can tell? It is yet another rainy afternoon. Sometimes what spoils it all is really, the smell from my father's cigarettes. I changed my blogskin last night because I couldn't stand living with the previous skin for one more day. Someone told me I am weird and I'm like, "I've been told that lots of times." Infact this is a tad bit too late because I have intended on changing after SYF in April, which was when I started to feel quite sick of it. Still I put it off because I didn't have the time to find one, but mostly it's the fact that it is never easy to part with a blogskin, especially such a pretty one - it's my favourite skin in my whole seven years of blogging history, though Blogger isn't my first online diary. "Dear dairy Today is wednesday. My parents and brother go to somewhere but i did not go because i have chicken pox. It is also much fun to stay at home with Hazel aunty because can watch television and play computer like checkers.Just like good friends. Hope everyone will read my dairy and hope i will recover soon" That was from 02. Dear dairy. An ant decided to take advantage of me while I was playing Typing Maniac on Friday night. And no, I do not know how it managed to crawl up all the way to the sacred flesh of my thigh without me realising it. Yeah. The week has been pretty rough but I knew better than to take it out on anybody, as the bad habit of mine goes, because it wasn't anybody's fault. Nobody pissed me off, I didn't get fail anything, I had more free time than ever.. Think the latter was precisely why I didn't feel especially happy. "There are times when one musn't reflect too much." Much less brood over unnecessary things, stuff that the last thing you should feel is miserable about. Contrasting the rest. Words my form teacher said two years ago becomes relevant once again, but ah well, idk. We'll just see how things go. I do need to draw a line between everything I do though, like how because of the excessive pondering I entirely forgot something really important on Thursday, which the guilt in turn took over my preoccupation for the rest of the day. My milk tooth is so shaky now that just a little bit of force will completely uproot it. My mum bought a DVD of MJ's Dangerous Tour, Live concert at Bucharest yesterday because it was priced pretty low, at around $12+. Had family gathering yesterday so we watched it together from top to the end, while having durians (yum), but at the first few items you actually hear more of my aunts and uncles' discussion than him sing. Really, though, it was spectacular. Skip the part about how extravagent it was, how breathtaking his singing and dancing were, and I'll tell you about what else really caught my attention. 1) The fans of course. It was like the 70,000 fans were seeing a god - his entrance was basically just standing there for a minute for them to marvel and scream at. And you know when they say "a sea of faces", it is really a sea of faces, the people are just like little dots all packed and crammed together. They took quite a few shots of the fans too, alot of them either felt giddy or fainted, and the paramedics couldn't possibly get to the person so he or she was passed by audience hands to an open area and then to the stretcher. The camera also zoomed in to all their faces and it was hilarious. They were in tears, screaming, freaking out, jumping like crazy, gasping for breath, widening their eyes till they were gonna pop out of its sockets, wiping their hands over their face, really, just watching the audience reaction can make your day. There was this one crazy fan who was hugging MJ and wouldn't let go. The only word to describe her is "animal". But she is one freaking lucky girl though, I think she won't be able to sleep for consecutive weeks after that. How many random fans get cradled by the King of Pop while he's singing a love song on stage? "That's crazy bat shit insane." Video's here, it's worth the watch, I've rewatched it three times. 2) How are they going to get out of that place after the concert? It's freaking 70,000 people, and even if they finally do get out of the stadium I can't assure you that the traffic will be all smooth and fast. That was our discussion topic of last night. 3) The lightings. Freaking incredible. He has damn good stamina, we already felt exhausted for him just by watching it alone. It's okay though, once he gets back to his private jet he'll have tens of servants attending to all his needs. Really the King. It's quite bitter that my generation is only liking him after his death. And this fact is a little screwed up so I won't go all high and stuff about him yup. The biggest joke this week is L-A-R-I-C-S. I'll not go into detail because it's an inside joke of 202. All I'll say is that Amy Lim paid tribute to MJ on Wednesday by wearing black and white, and yes she really did tell us she was paying tribute. She also showed us the videos of Black or White and Heal the World, which is my favourite slow MJ song. She's also quite smart the way she doubted me immediately when I raised hand to her question of who sleeps before 10 o'clock. I danced five times this week, twice on Monday, once on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I feel awesome.
