She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not.
Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.Tag

cause nobody can be perfect like you.
School was fine today (thanks to clique♥, would be absolutely horrible without them), slept alot during lessons like Science and Culture. PCCG was lame, some unaccurate career building shit - no I do not want to be a judge, for starters try imagining me with that stupid white wig thing (?!). For dance the teacher was on MC, damn I was looking forward to it, so it was free period and idk what the hell I was doing.Finished up the structure topic for Chem and slept the rest of it - time she was revising with us/ gave us to revise our Physics. Okay she didn't wake me up (sleeping in class is actually really obvious so there's only one teacher in the whole wide world who will be oblivious to it) so she isn't that bad LOL. Art was the freaking self-portrait. Guess what I got complimented for mine.
Culture, slept through half of it. Not that the content was boring or whatever but the way he was relating the stuff was dreadful. Perhaps I'm still the little kid kind who prefers loud voices, exaggerated actions, breaking into songs halfway through, horse-riding and war demonstrations and stuff which my tutor does. With the exact same content, and he made it so much more interesting and captivating you actually feel like you're in it. I think that I'm really lucky to have that tutor, and as for the results part, it's ultimately me who has to put in the effort - well to be honest I don't think I have.
Guess I'll most prolly just stick to Triple Science next year, safest route, moreover I doubt that I'll be able to cope with any special programme thing with the additional commitment on hand now. Oh yeah and after culture was LA, I think the oral presentation was kind of sucky on my part but the group did fine though. We got to watch excerpts from the R&J movies again, both the 1968 and 1996 (the contemporary interpretation of this is damn cool) versions, and the 1968 one.. Sexy ass. So anyway we were getting ready for our presentation at the front while Mdm O played that excerpt, I think somebody was like, "Zac Efron?" And Mdm O replied, "No I think the guy who played Romeo here is very old now."
Now tell me, who isn't afraid of becoming aged, wrinkled, old, fat and fugly?
But anyway, he was once a heartstopper.

So out of the blue I went, "Please lah, he looks so much better than Zac Efron can?", while everyone's probably registering the scene in their brains in a very intellectual way and trying hard to derive the answers of the passage-based questions from it (joking). It was so sudden that Mdm O started laughing this odd witchy laugh but I mean it's true what, ZE's nostrils are horrible and they make him look like a dinosaur.
See they only look alike when ZE lowers his head. It was on purpose cause he knows he has unsightly nostrils. By the way check out that lookstotallylike website, it's seriously pretty funny.
Yeah I'll come back to after school later. Forgot to mention how Flowery Princess (ahh, such flattering name!) came in to our class on some day this week to confiscate iPods and handphones. It was during Math lesson but Miss Teng wasn't here, so we were doing our work really silently - seriously pin-drop silent - while some people were listening to music on their earphones while doing so. What the hell is wrong with that right? So she just strutted right in, told us off for being in our PE attires, and confiscated some of our stuff. Can you imagine how pissed off we were? We weren't even making any noise at all and we were just minding our own business.
Hmm and secondly clique's been awesome this week! Don't know why but I've been laughing alot (I swear my laughter's contagious) and went crazy myself by making about a thousand and one funny faces which made JY and SC laugh as well. I love my new found hobby. It's like I'm being really childish lately, take picture, stare at them, burst out in laughter like HAHAHAHAHA. -_- I won't post the pictures here cause they are too unglam already (ahem my reputation), or maybe I'll post just one.

The first one shows how much I love Jem + Benvolio (awesome LA characters), Bernie added the Adam Lambert (after which, Cheryl started giving a sick definition of whatever that was written) and Jiaying added the diao face. The second picture's of our bet to see how long Teacher A could talk about the whole confiscated iPods thing, and yay, it was 20 minutes! It was like there on the board while she was giving her long lecture but of course she doesn't know what it means. The third's of the total amount of people in our class have/had/going to have/have had/having/been having/are going to have/will be having H1N1 symptoms, ranging from those who have/had MCs to those who currently have flu+cough. There were minor alterations today but it's still more than half the class already = 202 is not a safe place to be at.
Jiaying's definition of sex vs my definition of sex. SC or was it Xinyi commented that mine looks like covalent bonding LOL. Between heads.
Limelight
Went to watch Limelight on Wednesday with JY, SC, and met up with Cheryl and Regine at City Hall/Esplanade. It was Jurong Point with JY and SC first, had LJS for dinner again, and then I went to buy roses for Kailin, Zhi Ting and her two of her choir friends (cause she mentions them in her letters alot haha). Hmm and we were saying that Shichun was dressed most scandalously and Jiaying most decently for the first time that day! But JY really looks super guai and decent, it's good it's good!
Chatted alot in the MRT and stuff, found out that JY's mum and my mum were both from Teckwhye Secondary School, and are both the same age this year. Very coincidental, but sadly they don't know each other. Met up with Regine at City Hall MRT, and then we were like 5 minutes late for the thing. So we missed 3 songs cause we weren't allowed to go in until the first set ended.. Can't remember who said that it started at 8pm, just that we're required to be seated at 730pm, wrong info!
The rest of it was really good though. Their voices were so sweet and angelic that we were in awe, I had goosebumps, and I felt like singing along too, though if I did I think you'd consider that to be croaking instead. Their SYF piece was pretty cool - had that creepy demented (?) feel, something different at least. Enjoyed that most as well as the Japanese song Watashiwa Shinjiru which I will download some day, cause it's very very beautiful. (: People shouted for encore, damn awesome haha!
Afterwards we loitered around Esplanade abit, saw alot of familiar faces, and then took random pictures while waiting for Kailin and Zhi Ting to be released. We were damn disappointed that Kailin changed out of her choir gown already oh man. And SC was saying that Zhi Ting is super pretty, especially her eyes, KL you should have went to see your sister!

Hmm that's about all. Omg I haven't had such a picture-ful entry in such a long time. I'm feeling very lighthearted now so I shall talk about about the more serious stuff another day. Goodnight!
