Profile
She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not. Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.Tag

twist in my sobriety.
Today. CCA in the morning. Had time before project meeting (Math SIA) in the afternoon so I wrote a letter to my mortal - well she had to make me owe her one over the June holidays - and "Algebraic topology is the study of intrinsic qualitative aspects of spatial objects that remain invariant under both-directions continuous one-to-one (homeomorphic) transformations." Ended around 4.30 so SC, JY and I went to Island Creamery to get ice-cream (I know duh), had my usual Cookies n' Cream and tried Teh Tarik which was horrible. They had Burnt Caramel and Raspberry? Then we went to McDonald cause trust me we're really big eaters, and I freaking downed a McWing meal but without the drink. You should really observe the oil I swear - not a nice sight, so the most disgusting yet clever way to solve this is to pluck off the skin, take a tissue, wrap the thing in it, and squeeze the bloody hell out of it. :OO?! I know. And then, we were talking. Now the offending part comes. We were talking about something earlier today, and this led to JY asking me why I don't like people who bitch. I frowned at that because I didn't say so, because I bitch to a considerable extent too, and because there are actually people who are fun to bitch with. People who act like perfect angels and claim that they have never in their life said something which vaguely suggests disfavour of another person can go to hell kthxbai. So I went something like, "I don't like people who bitch who are.." and I couldn't find the word, so SC cut in with, "who have no sense. Some people bitch with sense while others bitch with no sense." The most senseful thing ever said today. Don't you find it true, some people actually make alot of sense with statement, evidence and elaboration, while others actually cook up stories cause there's not enough facts to bitch about. Or worse still just call names without even having evidence to substantiate their claim. Yeah I guess these two paragraphs are blogable since it isn't actually targetting at anyone. Unless you 心里有鬼. Took 67 home alone today, sat beside this lady (Evangelican?) who was trying to introduce Christianity to me. Got home, changed for ballet and went early to practise with YK. I think character dance is funner than free movement, and we also managed to figure out some of the center work moves which we haven't done in a long time. Been dancing more over June since I've the time, ballet three times a week instead of the one-hour-per-week which had never been enough to satisfy my desire. Oh and it feels good to be able to sit on your splits instead of holding it there with your arms until your face turns red and you're out of breath. (: Yesterday Went out with YK, SB and Carissa to Lot One, watched NATM2. I know we are totally lag cause practically the entire world has watched it already so I was rather surprised too that the three of them haven't too. We are all lag people. Anyway sequels of comedies are never as good as the first one, but it was still pretty worth the $6, UNLIKE MONSTERS VS. ALIENS what the hell is it even a movie. Pi equals to 3.14159269? Correct me if I'm wrong cause the wrong Pi Ben Stiller said probably got into my mind instead. And the monkey slapping part was the best. Was fun going out with the three of them though! Old clique, I think the most memorable thing we did was to guailan our Chinese teacher back then and some of our mums (like mine) actually got a call from her LOL. Odelia couldn't make it yesterday though, and Carissa is taller than me now. Like really in Primary 6 she was about a head shorter okay! So everyone's growing taller except me, and while this is going on, some are actually so mean as to say, "HAHA you shrunk!" After the movie we went to Pasar Malam and I was like 'wow!' cause I haven't been to one in years. Saw wrapping papers sold at 7 for $1 so I decided to be cheapskate/ aunty-ish and bought them for a dollar! Lousy material but still heh. Next time if I give you a wrapped present you can point to me and laugh, "HAHA I know this is cheapskate wrapping paper!" Wanted to get stickers too but I didn't like them and they aren't 3D. The stickers sold at NYGH Popular is very worth cause it's 3D, there are alot of sheets, and they only cost $1.20! STICKERXZ. Then we went to This Fashion to try on the sluttiest, skimpiest and most disgusting mini-skirt, mine's like the 七月歌台 kind of bling-bling. And Alano to try on the ugliest and most disgusting dress, this time mine was the most flowerish and aunty-ish one. We laughed at each other but I think we laughed at ourselves more. Like who in the right mind would buy these?! ![]() ![]() I'll blog family chalet tomorrow I'm damn lag. Why? Cause I suddenly have a strong desire for reading R&J now hooray! When the entire Nanyang has already finished reading it. It's okay. Bedtime story.
