She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not.
Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.Tag

I shall start off with. AMERICAN IDOL. ♥Oh man haha.
I'm quite sure when this season ends I'll miss AI alot. It's the only show on TV I make an attempt to free my hour for, and what I open most of my latest entries with. It's seriously awesome though no one else in class watches it except for Bernie - please don't tell me the results tomorrow dear girl, cause I'd seriously get fuming mad. Ask Shuhui gosh I'm so sorry for being such a bitch last year damn don't remind me.
So today's performance wasn't as incredible or awesome as I've expected it to be, infact it was kind of a disappointment somehow. It's quite even how good they were today.. Still, all the way Adam Lambert! Would be stupid to put Kris Allen as that would be "just another (forgettable, typical?) American Idol". He's cute and all but rather inconsistent, sometimes he's good and sometimes just mediocre. I hope America doesn't discriminate Lambert on the whole gayness thing, since they're much less conservative aren't they? Come on, judge the guy based on his skills, charisma, stage presence, originality, w/e instead. Not that.
CSM. Basically CSM'09 was spent cheering, cheering and cheering very enthu-ly. So 90% of the time I was infront screaming my lungs out yeah it's the whole council thing haha, wasn't as bad as I thought it would be though. Actually it was rather.. fun. Thank god there are other high nominees like Tracy or I think I would just feel sian to the max there. Stuff people said made sense too, at least I had something to do cause most people just stone there or walk to and fro the free milo truck though I heard it tasted like shit. Tbh no one actually cares about what's going on, I think we're just glad to get one day off from school (and the rest of the day to ourselves).
Island Creamery with SC and JY afterwards, it's my first time. Had Strawberry Sorbet and Cookies n' Cream. Anyway we saw this disgusting guy from Mars looking absolutely pervertic - you can see it in the eyes - and trying to hook up these two girls from Venus. The two girls look like sec ones and the guy was like sec four, and then that irritating guy was like trying to take pictures of them despite their "不要拍!"s. I swear it was so gross. By the way, Mars and Venus are a bridge away.
Watched Angels and Demons with the others after that, great show, super thrilling. Though I felt dumb afterwards cause there were a number lot of things I wasn't certain of? I hate that feeling, so naturally I succumbed to temptation and bought the book. Yeah I know you can borrow it from any library but I - rich bitch moment - have an expensive hobby of reading and collecting books. Thanks JJ though for explaining alot of stuff during the movie or I think all I would be looking out for are the screaming-in-agony scenes. Some mugger pangseh-ed and had to go home mug for math test which was on Friday what the heck.
Walked home today to make up for not running. Only six bus stops but still. At least I was walking really fast and wasn't strolling, not that I'm ever able to walk slowly. I seriously feel like punching slow moving people at the back of their heads, with the exception of the aged.
And hey I've really been eating alot these days without feeling guilty AT ALL, and I seriously mean a lot like A LOT. Ignorance is bliss, ignorance is bliss, ignorance is bliss.
Ballet in the evening, rather pointless cause it was bar work for the entire hour, no choice cause it's the Year 1 Grade 6s. At least got to practise though, and it's free!
Two more study days left. Hoorah I'm in the holiday mood already, which can be seen from picking up novels again! Can't wait to get started on reading hype, right now I'm halfway through Sophie Kinsella's "Remember Me" but uh, I don't really like it cause it's kind of bimb0xz. Like oh-my-god-he's-drop-dead-gorgeous or totally-whatever-talk-to-the-hand. Okay it's actually not that bad, perhaps I just don't have a preference for first person narratives. And it's getting more and more interesting, or something. Angels and Demons will be next, I hope it isn't bombarded with cheem Christian terms or I'd feel very very pissed off cause I won't be able to understand anything.
On the way home today I heard on the radio that the PCD is coming to SG for a concert, and on TV today I saw that Air Supply's gonna have a concert here too (19th June). I really, really want to go for the latter, though I'm quite sure most people here would rather go for the first. But Air Supply does really have incredible songs, of which three never fails to overwhelm me time and again. You can go find out which ones.
