She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not.

Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol.

She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for.

She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism.

She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship.

Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours.

Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all.

“Forevers” are bullshit as of now.

The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too.

She is always torn between two.

But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.

pity i'm a little too superficial.

Happy birthday Kah Loon!

Been quite long since I last blogged an entry about a full day, but I'm kind of free-er now seeing that homework are all due on 10 March (they call it the death day) after LSC. Whoopeedooda. No pictures today because it's all with Eleen but I'll get them soon. So just the entry today cause when I get them on Monday I'll be so busy with night trail and stuff. 4 days.

Mission John Tiong Yuen Siew. It's GohShiChun's birthday on Monday so we decided to come up with this! FYI he's a math teacher in Nanyang (I don't think he teaches anymore though, under research section or something) whom SC really admires and respects.

Met the four of them at JE as usual to take MRT, were harping on alighting at Outram Park and changing train to Dhoby Ghaut because we wanted to get to Plaza Sing. Fortunately the whole time on the train we managed to keep the secret, which was unexpected, considering how we almost crossed the line quite a couple of times. And then at "Tiong Bahru" we kept trying to push SC out, saying "Hey come let's go find Mr Tiong!"

She didn't wanna get out cause she thought we were tricking her out so we just went out and she followed. Mission 1 part 1 accomplished, John Tiong Yuen Siew.

When we got out Jy told us that she heard two chao ahbengs standing behind us in the MRT hesitating on whether to ask for our number. So Wanli was like, "是我-" and she got cut off from her sentence "是我们meh?" which was so funny so we started to niao her for being so egoistic. Very cute!

Headed to Bread Talk to get a mango cake, and then to Long John Silver. Mission 1 part 2 accomplished, John Tiong Yuen Siew. Spent about an hour plus there, talked alot about primary school stuff, and then cut cake. We forgot the lighter again so had to borrow.. Oh a round cake equals a "yuan" cake. Mission 1 part 3 accomplished, John Tiong Yuen Siew. Shopshop awhile, saw a pretty pink tank top from uh, Hangten. But it's very ex like thirty over dollars. Bought tickets for "Marley and Me", the person who sold us the ticket was called "Siew (something)". Mission 1 part 4 accomplished, John Tiong Yuen Siew. Hooray!

Though I'm not a dog owner or even a dog lover, and wasn't really enthusiastic at watching this kinda "dog show", I really enjoyed it at the end. Started off with the expected comedy of the awful stuff Marley did, then dove into the stress and pressure of kids and family, and finally the inevitable goodbye. Was reading through some of the reviews a minute ago and I felt like crying all over again cause it's too sad. -_- Well more of bittersweet as the film spans through the years of early marriage up till around a dozen years later, all with the dog in it. So it was like this really incorrigible dog who stayed with the couple for a really long time.. Right from the beginning of their marriage till their three kids all go to school. Memories, sweet memories.

And then the last few scenes when the dog was gonna die were really tear-jerking, to be honest much more than Benjamin Button. The stuff they said were so sad (sorry for my limited vocabulary), their acting was so sincere and natural, and I could hear the predictable *sniffsniff* all around. So I was like ): too.

"This movie gives a completely realistic portrayal of just how much love and joy a pet can bring to your life, and how significant "Man's Best Friend" values their relationships with their owners. I would recommend this movie to all but with a stern warning that this movie will pull at your heart strings very hard with it's realistic depiction of dealing with the loss of a loved one. Very few movies I've watched in my life have connected with me on a personal level strong enough to actually bring tears to my eyes. This movie however had my face covered with streams."

When I got out of the cinema I was still kinda deep in thought. Cause the movie was a little too overwhelming and I felt compelled to buy the book. So people have been saying the book was fantastic since years ago but I didn't care cause "it was the ordinary dog lovers kinda book" which "wouldn't hold any interest in me at all". But then they say always say that the movie would be suckier than the book, so if the movie was great then the book would be..? Anyway it's a bestseller.

GO WATCH "MARLEY AND ME" (when you have the time)! Mmhmm I don't mind watching it again (not that I have the time). The major plus was that some of the sceneries were really beautiful - countrysides are my favourite. Yea jj go watch!

Mmmhmmmm. Trained back to JE afterwards, and went to have dinner and sit the Singapore Flyer with my family cause my parents' free tickets expire today. Quite impressive at first glance, skyscrapers, bright lights, but then it turned to stoning..And stoning. If we didn't have the free tickets it'd be so unworth and expensive, I mean hell it's like $29 dollars for an adult ride. Let's do abit of math now.

$29 we round it off to $30. 20 people per cabin, $30 x 20 = $600. 28 cabins, $600 x 28 = $16800. Most probably like 20 rounds a day, $16800 x 20 = $336000. Even if you minus a little here and there on children price it would still easily amount up to over a hundred thousand dollars per day. $$$

Yah okay bye, good night. Tomorrow I'm going around hunting to hunt for random stuff - watering can, plastic bell jar, torches, sponges, night trail prizes, and get SC's birthday present. I'm so sorry darling, really busy of late I haven't been able to take time off. ♥ Rahh!

Okay bye goodnight.
