Profile
She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not. Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.Tag

those pretty eyes.
![]() "Why their face stick together one?" - Some retard who sat behind me during the Twilight movie. No he's not a kid, yes he was out with his girlfriend. Imagine a romantic setting over a candlelight dinner, with slow classical music and dim lightings. The guy smiles at you and you shyly return the smile, you fidget, then your heads start drawing nearer..and nearer..and nearer..your eyes closing..your lips touching.. And suddenly the guy pushes you away and cries, "Why our face stick together one?!" The entire cinema was so quiet and that totally came out of nowhere, so I started to lmao and cjy was super irritated. Now on my part, throughout the movie TKL (and most probably cjy as well) "was interrupted by bursts of random laughter from yanying" and his "urge to throw popcorn at her". Anyway, I was laughing for all the wrong reasons - definitely not because the movie was hilarious. Some Twilight fans aren't really happy with the movie either so I don't see any harm in pointing out what I didn't like. Firstly, I felt no chemistry between Edward and Bella, probably on the fault of the actors. None, zero, zilch. I felt no "aww~" or closeness, which was why I had to stifle my laughter at the cheesy/corny scenes with poorly delivered lines. And I don't understand how Kristen Stewart can be compared to Emma Watson. Like can't you see the difference?! All Stewart does is blink her eyes and shake her head in that i-dont-know-what-you're-talking-about manner, and I don't see alot of emotions. I think the book was better. In the movie the climatic scenes weren't heartstopping enough because they were too rushed (script), especially the romantic meadow scene which I was really looking forward to - the confession part. Even though I did like the baseball scene onwards, the storyline from there was good too. Before that it was just dialogues, dialogues and more boring dialogues. The movie was like trying to summarize up the entire book, which made it less draggy, yet overly rushed. Now the movie WASN'T terrible. It was good enough, as good as the one I watched yesterday, and there were some scenes that I liked. Mainly it was just the problem with the script - poorly done. Casts were pretty good (most of them fit), especially Charlie, Rosalie, Jessica, and of course DOCTOR CARLISLE, played by the oh-so-gorgeous eye candy PETER FACINELLI. Let's face it - Robert Pattinson wasn't all that gorgeous, I don't even know why he blew me away as Cedric Diggory. In this show he was squeaky but yeah he looked rather mysterious which was what the director would have wanted. So. Peter Facinelli only appeared in 3 or 4 scenes but for me he stole the show. ![]() ![]() ![]() Gorgeous eyes. When he turned around during the hospital scene me and cjy were like lost for words, and after the movie we were still going gaga over him (and James mainly for his well-toned body). Nevermind he's 35. Yup. After the movie me, cjy, tkl, denise and junrong went to the library to random; yentl, vernice, wenwei and kelvin went home/somewhere else. Then my parents came to pick my brother up from piano and me, headed downtown to Singtel cause W902 autorestarts and has an unreadable memory card. What a let-down. Like I've expected, they said it was out of stock so I got to pick another one - W980 which was the first one I 看上眼 but got the other one instead after my parents' constant urging, and also because we think that flip phone is abit inconvenient. So far W980 hasn't given me problems yet. (: I guess the relationship with 902 lasted for around 15 hours, but I have a good feeling about 980. I guess some things are really fated! ![]() And then we had dinner at Jack's Place, at 9.45pm. PS. It's such a coincidence that today's special report (newspaper - Saturday) is a whole section on Euthanasia, considering the fact that I've just completed Mercy not long ago.
