Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. For the past few days? -.-
Today is a totally slack day.Today is a slack day despite it being a Monday, because:
1) School starts at 8.30. As it does, for every Monday.
2) Physics Teacher never come today.
3) My timetable is: 8.30-9.30 Physics, 9.30-10.30 P.E, 10.30-11.30 break, 11.30-12 History, 12-1 Chinese, 1-2 Assembly.
Heh heh! So Physics is crossed out, P.E is crossed out too (because it is fun), Break is crossed out as well like DUH, History is also crossed out thanks to the nicenice teacher who allows us to spout nonsensical sick nonsense in her class, and assembly is for smsing.
And that leaves Chinese.
And as everyone knows, Chinese is meant for sleeping.
Therefore, it is crossed out too.
HAHAHHAHAHAHA.

Oh yah and today I didn't have a sip of coffee at all!! Amazed? (:
Hmm because today felt damn sian, so went to jog 4.2km/6 rounds around the school before school started. It seemed like I could still go on forever and ever and ever, because:
1) It was like 7+, so the sun wasn't at its brightest yet.
2) I was concentrating more on my songs than my laboured breathing.
Fast songs do pump you. Idk if it's some psychological shit or something, but they really make you run on and on and on. Hahahaha.
But I didn't, cause I had some crap homework to finish up for Chinese. Always strucks me with a sense of inferiority, heh heh. I think the Chinese teacher knows, cause she constantly tells me to "要有多一点信心".

Hmm yup, so we didn't have physics today tralalalala~. Spent the first half hour finishing up my theory book. I mean like hello, my theory is on the 10th of May...
And it sometimes surprises me how I can meng until so li hai, can chiong half the book within two lesson! xD
So yeah, I finish liao. Praise the little girl! ^^

And then we had P.E! ♥
Ran 0.7km as warm-up, then had the long jump and throwing assessment (track module for this term). I enjoy long jump alot! Like alotalotalot!
But I don't like the sand hahahaha.
Especially not when they get into your shoes and everything. D:
Anyway throwing was damn tyco lol. Mr Tang went to put 5 cones at a certain area then assess us on our distance, see throw until after which cone and mark us down. And then I threw and it hit the cone!! Hit the cone!! ^^
I think it was the third cone hahaha. And then my class went wtf and made alot of noise and I went like. Whoops. o.0

After PE was an hour of break! Nothing much to do, so went computer lab and watch youtube. Now watching 镜中人, some drama serial aired on Channel 8 in 2005. One of those 9pm shows I had lotsa lotsa time to watch before I began my P6 year.
Then after break was history! I feel so guilty cause I slept like 15 minutes I think. Shit. Addicted to coffee already. This is so sad.
Then Chinese..Too busy copying notes until I didn't have time to sleep. Hahahaha. Mm then assembly. Today's assembly was focused on Nanyang's history and they showed us some video they played during the 90th Anniversary last year. I must say it was very heartwarming and we all felt very touched. Naturally we clapped even though there wasn't anyone to receive our applause, and I only realized that when Mdm Chew mentioned it.
Had lunch with Jia Le after assembly. I stained my hong zi! Like rather badly. The disadvantages of having a white uniform, tell me about it. D:
Anw Jia Le is mad as in MADDDD. She hasn't eaten anything since lunch yesterday. -.- I think I can faint arh.
After lunch I took 67 back with Maddie and Khiu Yi Wen. We kept niaoing yiwen cause she is very guai hahaha. Then very nice to bully. She was like revising for tomorrow's math quiz on the bus!! I look at myself and I feel so noob haha. Since when have I revised for any math quiz eh.. xD
Dropped my theory book in my piano teacher's letter box for her to mark. Then went to trim my hair. The length's okay already, but my fringe is like so bloody short. T.T
Nevermind haha. I suddenly have an interest in dressing very boyishly. Maybe when I behave like a boy and look like one as well people won't say I'm scandalous when I go out with them lol.

Today don't have any technique training, so I doubt my muscle will ache tomorrow. ): Weird as always, I like it when my muscles ache, because that shows the amount of effort I put in.
Hmm I shall just do a few stomache exercises and splits before I go to sleep later on, yah.
I'm still desperate to do a split. I don't care if I break my bones.
Anyway my ballet juniors rock. ^^
Two of them kept asking me about Nanyang and was damn enthu about the open house on 17th May. Reminded me so much of how I used to be. Over-crazy LOL.
And they rock even better cause when I asked them why didn't they choose RGS, they said, "Eee! RGS so bitchy one."
Well that's probably half-true, but we shouldn't generalize anyway. There's this raffles girl in my ballet class and she is damn @#$%^&*(. Actually alot of people cannot stand her. Then whole day wear her RG uniform come show off. Like I care. -.-
I don't hate her one lor, not until when she started insulting Nanyang like hell. Today I told her to "shut up". And she did. xD
Yay and my juniors rock haha. They have potential! Jiayou for PSLE and come Nanyang. Must be kiasu like me and go DSA also. People say you mad also don't care. Hahahahaha.

Yesterday
Not much also lah, went swimming with my cousins as usual. Only did 20 laps because:
1) My goggles keep getting misty like after every half a lap.
2) I had really bad headache.
3) I am lazy.
Bq says I have headache because I always don't dry my hair properly after I shower. -.- Quite true. Hahahaha.
Mm then slack the rest of the day away lor. Yay.
Saturday
FPS TIME-TRIAL! @#$%^&*(
Okay it was uh. Hard? But we managed to complete it one minute before time's up. (:
Yay we work well with each other hahaha. xD
My group members for FPS were Jiaying, Shichun, Wanli and Jiale. Enjoyed working with them a heck lot.
Anyway we were like. Chionging chionging chionging until the state of cannot-chiong-harder-liao and we were so god damn frustrated. D:
But it's over. xD
Our officially most hated subject is over. xD
But I think I like it already haha. I like creating totally crazy solutions. (:
Doubt I will be taking FPS again next year though. Most likely going for OM.

Went to KAP with Clare and Zhuhong and Rachel and the others from 101 for lunch. My appetite damn big haha. Double cheeseburger, medium fries, medium iced-milo. And I still can gobble down somemore okay!!
I think the 101 girls are very nice and friendly. xD
Anyway me and Clare pranked someone up and apparently that someone overreacted. He said he was gonna dao us for a day as "punishment", and we managed to turn the tables around and it ended up having us daoing him for one week. xD One week haven't over yet. xD
Then went for my lesson haha. My teacher got through s******** auditions! ^^ Yay congrats. xD
Anyway she said that I don't have confidence because I didn't dare look into the mirror even though she said I was doing well. That section is worth 10 marks for my Term 2 exam and I think I'll score quite well for that one haha. It's easy, really. And I enjoyed it alot. (:
Lalala. Then come home sleep again. Have been needing like much more sleep than usual, I've no idea why. Then tuition. ♥ Algebra & factorization. According to Ms Ho we are supposed to learn factorization in sec 2. =X
And anyway we are learning like sec 3 hc standard for Science. As in seriously, jj and I can totally exchange notes cause it's about the same. God I feel so egoistic!
Mm...... Yeah that's about all. I love Saturdays. Even though they seem to be much more packed than usual this year. It's okay though, I still have my nights. (:
Friday
CIP with 101 at Mei Ling Centre! Couldn't make it with my class cause had the Scarlet's First Instalment. Well I shan't give much comments, just felt that 102's one is better coordinated. 102 rocks. :D And I think we've got lots of initiative and we're really brave, brave girls. :D
Hmm after CIP I went to watch the HCI-NJC (3rd place) and NYGH-RI (finals) debate championship at Siew May auditiorium. Saw theatre senior Amanda See there so went to sit with her. She was with Grace so I finally know how Grace looks like.
Hmm I think I'm not as scared of Amanda as I was in the past. Yay, an accomplishment. (: I don't like the feeling of being intimidated. D:
Actually she's a really nice senior lor. (:
For the HCI-NJC debate it was something about should formal debates be in elections or wadeva. The three of us were laughing really badly cause we gave nicknames to all the debators. From NJC there were - The Prim and Proper Girl, The Egoistic Thumb-Sucker, The Priest. From HCI there were - The Fat Guy, Jimmy Neutron, The Conductor.
It was damn funny lah! We were like the only ones trying to stifle our laughter in the totally quiet auditorium. Shit, so malu. T.T
The one who left me the deepest impression has got to the be The Egoistic Thumb-Sucker. Wth, everything about him is ego, the way he stand, the way he sit, his smile, how he debates, EVERYTHING. I see already damn bu shuang can. And he looks as if he thinks he very shuai somemore. I think he looks like a pile of shit.
The Priest also very funny haha. He seriously looks like one when he goes up to the center of the stage with his book. It really really looks like he's reciting from a bible with those nerdy nerdy specs and his thin and lanky figure.
The girl arh. Pro.
And from HCI, actually not alot of special characteristics. Amanda just calls the fat guy The Fat Guy because that's that, and Grace says one of them looks like JIMMY NEUTRON and The Conductor is hilarious cause he was wearing that oversized pants and oversized jacket/coat/whatever. Then really reminded me of the last dwarf in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
Yeah, I think I spent my time laughing for the entire first debate. And counting how many "Ladies and Gentleman" the ego guy used. Twenty-five in 6 minutes, not bad. It's really distracting la.
Bleh I just can't stand ego guys. Lalala.
The NYGH-RI one was more interesting, because it has got more to do with us. "Should secondary schools be able to select their own curriculum?"
That one we didn't fool about, and I listened for most of it, partly because NYGH was debating hahaha. It was quite interesting I shall say, and even though I wanted NY to win, RI really deserved it. I mean, at the start I went with NY, but as the debate soon proceeded further, I started to get influenced by RI's opinions and, yeah. Must be really good to persuade the audience.
So in the end for 3rd place it was NJC, and first it was RI. =X Sad.
My father picked me up after that, and I came up with a million and one reasons why we should go eat at Mac. He gave in. xD Yay I love my daddy!! ♥
Thursday
Lalala. Nothing much also. There was some crappy false alarm for spot check then everyone panicked. And I chiong clip up my fringe, socks pull higher, unfold my skirt. And then I looked like such a muggerish guai kia, and then it was false alarm.
Oh shit man, I was pissed.
Haha but luckily never check also la. Or else my longlong nails kena liao. Like seriously damn long.

Oh yah. Carly was out for American Idol.
At that moment I felt so emo I wanted to run into my room and cry. =X
And won't you just look at America's expression when it was announced that she was voted off?

We have two potentials out. Now it's only the two Davids. xD
Anyway, I think that Brooke White was safe purely because of sympathy, and Jason Castro all thanks to his looks. I think he looks fugly though, especially when he croons into the mike. Gives me goosepimples.
And his performance that week sucked like hellshit. It was really horrible, I laughed. And I completely agree with Simon's comment.
I feel so pissed. America is brainless. I actually thought Carly would make it to the top 3. She's like, the strongest female vocalist?!
Damn, stupid America!
