Mmk, camp dates were:
3rd March - 4th March (Monday - Tuesday) = Camp
5th March - 7th March (Wednesday - Friday) = Residential Camp
ONE WHOLE WEEK OF NO SCHOOL! :D

Hmm so anyway.

Monday

We had telematch in the morning...Had to assemble my class and select people for different games. I tried to be very fair yet almost left one person out until someone said, "YY you haven't played anything yet right?

Then I realised 'Ensure that every member in the class takes part in at least one game.' includes the me as well. Lol.

First game was some balloon game (15 players from each class) where a balloon had to be tied to one ankle of each player. Then the players have to link arms with players from the same class and. Um. Attack the enemy's (as in the other class) balloons?

Lol we didn't do too well in this one I think. But still, great effort.

The next game was blanket flip (20 players from each class). Like all the players hafta stand on the. Tablecloth instead. Then hafta flip the table cloth over without stepping on theloor. -.- I tried that once I think, in P4 camp. It wasn't very easy. T.T

Okay then the last game was very fun haha (cause I played it LOL). Err this one I don't know how to explain but it has something to do with. Ramps and marbles and buckets?

Mm yeah.

Hmm okay then had break.

Then after that got some lame talk. I barely know the contents cause I was like, half-sleeping. Not only me lah, half the hall was half-sleeping and the other half was, well, going, "WHAT SHIT TALK IS THIS?! @#$%^&*("

Yes it was THAT boring. D:
Then after that was lunch. And then debrief. And then go home slack around.

Yup that's about all the slack stuff I did that day. (:

Tuesday

The whole day was on 'Leadership'. Seriously I can't find any relations of the things we did with LEADERSHIP, but it was seriously damn fun.

Oh yah for your info. During the week-long camp, "WHOOOOOOO~~~~" has been shouted a thousand times. Around there. Literally.
Cause nanyang is really oh-so-enthu HAHAHA. :D

I like the Sara person anyway. She's so funny and humorous.

After the talk and stuff have break.
Then we got to play games.

My favourite was one which involved water. In the end some of us who sacrificed (including me) got soaked to the skin. D: But it was fun!

There were also games like. The caterpillar game. The skipping rope game. The building bridge (which has to allow a 3/4 filled 1.5 litre water bottle to stand on it and pass underneath it) with NEWSPAPERS + MASKING TAPE.

Oh yah and the SNATCHING STRAWS ONE!
That one arh, I tell you it was completely violent and the teachers said we were like little barbarians. LOL.

It goes like. There's this pail of straws in the middle of the room. Then we hafta duck-walk from the four corners (common sense, have four groups) of the room to get the straws as many as possible. Then finish getting the straws can snatch from other groups.
And there, was when violence started to come out lol. Scratching, kicking, hitting.

Okay not so bad la. But scratching very common.

ME ARH!
Oh I smart la.
I safe-keeper for the straws. My group get the straws already all gimme bao guan, cause I hide underneath my shirt. :D

And no one is so bian tai to go rip my shirt off right. :D

ALL HAIL YY (I have brains)! :D

Then arh. Go home. Sleep and slack.
(Whole day only know how to slack, such a useless piece of shit.)

And BQ kept forcing me to sleep early that night (not to mention shuinjian who apparently has got loads of time cause he forces me to sleep early EVERY NIGHT).

But then again, as I said.

People love forcing me to sleep early (cause when I do it's like they struck the lottery or something).

Wednesday

First activity was Treasure Hunt. My class rocked at it.
I'm so glad we're the second best class (if you exclude the 2 GEP classes) so we kinda have lots of braniacs here to crack the clues.
And I figured half of them before-hand. :D

(I'm still a failure though.)

Bleh the Treasure Hunt was damn torture one can.
Run 4th story then 2nd storey then 1st storey then back up to 3rd storey that sorta stuff.
And it was just ONE building wth. D:

Haha but it was fun luh. Cheer and cheer and cheer. ^^
My class is united. (:
Anyway we knew ALL the clues in fact. :D But didn't have time to finish all. D:

And there was this dispute with 101 again. Cause they skipped two stations as they couldn't figure out some clues, then we had to wait for them to finish that station cause apparently "YOU CANNOT SKIP STATIONS".

So yeah, most of my classmates were very displeased about it. And so being the peace-maker I always had to be, I said, "It's just a game, relations with the other classes still have to be good. It's more important isn't it?"
Wow that's so angelic!
But well yeah, my lovely class started slowly started to agree. (:

After Treasure Hunt (which we owned), there was the Class mascot-making+flag-making+cheer-competition.
The cheer-competition was like. O.O IS THERE EVEN ONE.
They didn't even mention anything and then we just cheered like how we normally did then. ZZZ.

Okay the mascot-making and flag-making were tough. We were only allocated 1h 15 mins or 1h 30 mins. Mascot was done on time. Flag was screwed.

Anyway our mascot was...CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM!
ALL HAIL CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM!!

Sad, I don't really know the story behind chocolate-icecream cause that time I had to pon lessons to go HPB check up my spine. But the rest of my class knows about it. :D

And I know one thing - CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM IS A GREAT SIGNIFICANCE TO OUR CLASS!

So great a significance that we kept writing "WE LOVE CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM" or "wo men ai qiao ke li bing qi ling" on the whiteboard so that every subject teacher will see it when he/she comes in.

And I think the nicest teacher is my Chinese teacher. SHE BOUGHT US CHOCOLATES!
That's like so freaking nice of her. We were sooooo touched to tears. T.T
And then we stopped writing that on the board cause we finally knew who's the nicest teacher. (:

I really like my Chinese teacher.
As you all know I'm really sucky in Chinese, and she always helps me. Especially during the newspaper review that one.
And in my remarks, there was one phrase she wrote that was "ying gai you duo yi dian xin4 xin1."

Need more confidence. Heh.
You know, I've never been told that before. Never in my primary school days.
Anyway our flag was seriously low-quality.
Scotch-taped lol.
It was super duper scotch-taped. D:

But the design is nice, so, thanks Shi Chun for the design!
And thanks Cheryl too for the idea of the mascot and and design as well. :D

Anyway when we were about to go up the stage and present.
At the last minute Shi Chun totally CHICKENED-OUT and made ME present it.
LAST SECOND NOT LAST MINUTE.
And then she didn't even tell me what to say and whatever. T.T

So I. Had to ling ji yi dong lor. -.-
And it all came out very casual. Ahaha I don't care.

Cheryl presented rather well too. (:
Then we had lunch. Bleh.

Then got some leadership games with Mrs Amy (so obviously it's boring lah).
But she rocks sia. Gimme additional 20 minutes for talentime preparation as she ended the thing early.

Talentime preparations went quite smoothly I suppose. Since my class is already kinda sure of the steps with all the skipping-recess-for-one-week thing + monday-morning-practises thing, with abit of my screamings la.

My class learns very fast, fortunately. (:

Anyway there was one part of the talentime where Mrs Ee came in to tell us (or every class for that matter) that we cannot use internet for our songs.

Then my entire class went, *silence*. Then broke into "HUH..."s and "What the hell..."s cause we're seriously DEAD if we don't have the damned song. D:
Luckily my class is already confident of what they are supposed to do so I didn't have to mess with that. So after Mrs Ee left they all broke into anxious chatters while I grabbed my phone to phone my mum.

As she was coming to pass me a new pair of track shoes (the sole broke apart for the one I was wearing then), then I called her to shun bian give her the directions of how to copy the talentime song into an empty disc. Unfortunately THE SONG WASN'T IN MY COMPUTER.

Then I went, "what the hell.."

And then Plan B was to ask her take that "something close to USB port but looks like a thumbdrive" or whatever that is so that I can stick my handphone memory card in and then plug it into the computer and then get the song and copy and paste it into my thumbdrive (which I had with me).
Lol that one could actually work but...

MY THUMBDRIVE DECIDED TO CRASH AT THAT TIME.
It's super what the hell...

So now Plan C. Call some backstage hero or so he deems himself to be. And then scheduled to pass me the thumbdrive the next morning. And then I asked Mrs Amy and she said I could.

Hmm okay I was the last to go for shower anyway, since I had to fuss about with the thumbdrive and stuff. ): Sigh.
But that's okay! We had one hour to shower (for the whole school la). Each class+index numbers are allocated one cubicle.

So mine is shared with index number 13-18 from my class.
1 hour.. That is like..
10 minutes also can lor. -.-
Anyway shower was damn fast one lah. I this kind, take 1 minute for hair and 30 seconds for body. -.-
Since I take around 10 minutes altogether to bathe at home for - This includes singing too.

Bleh showering part is damn fun de lor lol.
Toilet got alot of screamings+banging door. XD

Sometimes I'm really thankful to be in a girls' school. Recently we just started changing into our PE shirts in class. And then have one person standing outside to see if any male teachers walk by (then scream).
LOL.

And so a few of us girls (including me XD) were like wearing our shirts and panties only then wore our long pants outside the cubicle (but still in the toilet of course -.-). And we kept shouting "OBSCENE! OBSCENE!"

Bleh shower is very fun I like the shower part. :D And then shower finish le have lots of time to slack.

After slacking/showering it was dinner time oleh! (:
But the food sux. ):

After dinner Sec 1s went to auditorium to watch movie. "Over the Hedge". I think it's so-so la..I don't really like animation I don't know why. Same as my mum. We prefer to appreciate real things hahaha.

But Finding Nemo is quite nice. :D And there's another one I forgot le. Also very popular one.

Anyway me and Regine slept through the first 45 minutes? Cause we couldn't really tahan. T.T
And the previous night I only slept like 5 hrs. -.-
And yah the auditorium damn cozy can. Perfect place for sleeping..

Haha I think I will really miss the auditorium alot 4 years down the road since I'm in Theatre Club. T.T

Blehh I'm gonna drag the whole 6D'07 and 2E'07 to come on Choral and Drama night this year. :D

Okay back to topic.
Yah I was sitting around with my Dearests of the Darlings - Shi Chun, Jia Ying and Wan Li! =DDD (hanrui's favourite face -.-)

Bleh then after the movie (which was rather humorous as well), there was this shit movie discussion. Like I was paying any attention like that. -.-

And after that was supper. I ponned supper cause I didn't feel like eating.

And so I was like the first to use the bathroom to brush teeth lol. Then five minute later I step out of the bathroom right, GOT ONE LOOOOOOONG QUEUE OVER THERE SIA! QUEUE UNTIL THE STAIRCASE SOMEMORE.

And so me and the few other "smart" girls from my class were laughing. XD
So hor, alot of time left before lights out mah.
Went to on class comp, fussed around with the thumbdrive for one last try and then..
Still got time right..

GO MSN.
Like seriously.
Then go surf blogs. Like seriously.
I think LSC is damn slack man. Internet + SMS. XD

Oh yah then people started piling in and snatching my comp (mainly Cheryl and Jia Ying) but it was okay cause I'm done with my stuff already. :D

Anyway. Yah. Then went to zilian with my Dearests of my Darlings. Shall post pics up on my next entry. :D

Thursday

Bleh wake up brush teeth blahblahblah.
Toilet got cockroach. -.-
Then everybody scream one girl hero la, just go in front of it and brush teeth. Then we were like OMG.

Okay anyway.
Yah at the last minute the camp commandent didnt wanna let me go out of school to get the thumbdrive. And BQ refused to cross the bridge over to pass to me also (cause if he does he'll be late anyway).

So I didn't get the thumbdrive that morning.

Then I don't know lah, we kept smsing dunno what shit then smssmssms until one point, he got pissed.
Bleh.

Mm blah I ponned half the morning wushu thingie cause hafta call BQ and all that. And then time for Mari Kita.. And then breakfast.. I love Khong Guan biscuits btw..

After breakfast we left Nanyang for Safra at Telok Blangah there. On the bus we were damn hyper and siao la. We - as in me+shichun+jiaying+wanli+regine+yueling+shumin+dunnowhoelse - were being mad by singing children songs.

Like Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars. London Bridge is Falling Down. You are my Sunshine.
YES THOSE.
And we sang all the different children songs we knew ALL THE WAY UNTIL SAFRA.

And we were like, "REACH ALREADY ARH?!"
Lol it was damn fun seriously. (: Love those girls la.

Safra. Then we had to wait for like. Almost 1 hour. Keep doing the same cheers. -.- If not, stone down there and listen music.
And so, continued smsing since I didn't reply his last message.

Smssmssms. And things got worse and increased the pissed level.
And everybody knows that when BQ is pissed it's no joke. -.-

I was affected all right. I can't quarrel with people one, cause I'll always be the first to apologize. And I can't quarrel because quarrels tend to affect me alot heck care whoever the person is.

And so yah, I wasn't as enthusiastic lor. =(
Well so anyway. First activity was the mass dance. I think it was quite fun. Brought at least a smile or two to my lips. =))

I partnered Wan Li. Such an awesome partner. (:
Jia Ying partnered Shi Chun haha. I think they make a very uhm compatible pair lol. Both damn humorous one. XD

Blehh we seriously enjoyed the mass dance like hell. And I didn't know ny girls like to dance!

The dance is really unique lor.. I mean EVERYONE was having fun. EVERYONE SIA! o.0
There were alot of laughter included also, so that certainly brightened the atmosphere as well. (:

After mass dance we had lunch.
I think that was the best lunch we had during LSC lor..
Then talked to class's instructors also. They are damn nice la. Really very nice lor.

After lunch was water activities.
Haha got same swimming costume as Regine.
And Jia Le was damn pro throughout the games la. National swimmer! And everyone was like going, "WHOA!"
She swim really fast one lor.

And then her figure fits the swimming costume so well while mine got like spare tyre. D:

Hmm okay the water activities got four...
Uhm..
I lazy to explain.

Well the games weren't really nice but it was nice just being in the water and slacking around. And cheering like siao.

OH YAH. In the morning of this second day right. I forgot how it started and what. But suddenly 101 and 102 got combined cheer and we became allies!

REALLY GREAT ALLIES. And then when we cheered, we cheered for each other's class too and "whoo~" like hell when either of us won. :D
See, relations are so easy to built when there is SYY around. :D

Okay I shall stop being ego. :D

Hmm okay I don't feel like explaining the water games one by one haha. Oh yah and we kept splashing the instructors. :D

I went out of the water to join the "dry kids" like 15-30 minutes earlier than the rest to liang4 gan1 my body so I won't need towel. And then I just wore my shirt and track pants over the swimming costume.

And then slack down there to while watching them play the last game.
After water stuff was trekking at Mt Faber (walking distance from Safra). It was rather tough la.. And the floor was slippery. I was prepared I would fall le lor. (I ALWAYS DO, and by the way the soles of this new track shoe also like.. flat already. No friction.

I shall say the scenery and air was worth it, though.

Reached the top (cheered alot along the way) with 101, 103 and 104. Then did our Section cheer (we're under Section A). And then instructors talktalktalk, entertain us, and then we headed down.

Somewhere along the way I fell, cause I was thinking too much.
Bleh~.

And my butt hurt even after three days later. D:

Bleh and then we went back to Safra..Lingered there for awhile more..Then back to school. Haha our instructors really bond with us sia, they keep waving at us lor. T.T So touching!!

Bleh back to school, shower time. We had like loads of time to shower since we were back early. Like 1h 30 minutes sia. Initial plan was 5.30-6.30 But then most of us were back within 4.30-5, so went shower liao. I only went to shower at like 5.30.

So before that, I went to general office to collect some the thumbdrive cause Mrs Amy asked me to "tell your friend to drop it there with your name and class".
BQ said that the gate was locked and so he passed it to an ny girl to drop it at the general office.

Then I was deathly afraid that the thumbdrive wasn't there. Cause he's so pissed already then if the thumbdrive wasn't there he would have killed me. Badly. So when the thumbdrive was handed over me I really heaved a sigh of relief and almost fainted with worry.

Mm then I went to shower. Then did some last minute preparations for the talentime.

6.15 was dinner time. While having dinner I received an sms from BQ apologizing for dunno what reason. And yeah things became fine after that, and I didn't really have much to worry about for the rest of the day, just how good 102 will do in the talentime.

I told 102 to go up to the classroom at 7pm cause I wanted to have a last minute talk with them. I love my class, they were all already there by 6.50 I think. Wow that's damn good can. (:

So mainly, what I did was try and calm those with stage fright, tell them to try their best and it's okay if we don't win, that we HAVE TO SMILE (i stress alotalotALOT on this one) and most importantly to enjoy ourselves etc.etc. All that.

7.20 went to the hall. My class was the 5th one to perform. XD

Personally, I feel that too many classes are doing dance... First few maybe still abit captivating, but watching too many same kind of dances, it gets boring. Moreover, I didn't really see the theme 'kaleidoscope' being brought out. The girls were just merely flaunting their bodies.

I have to admit that if there isn't a theme, the other classes would win of course. But there is one and I made sure I stuck to that cause it would definitely contribute into the overall results.

Anyway. I thought that even though 106 did a dance, at least their dance still had enough formations and stuff. And there were two or three genres of the dance so, yeah, great job.
I sincerely thought it was the best I saw. Nowonder they sustained a 2nd position.

Anyway, ours ah. I could tell there were a few glitches here and there, especially obvious after watching the video (thanks zhuhong). Will upload it the next entry bah..

Overall, we did WELL.

Yes we did well. We danced on our queues, came in right on time. We sashayed with style, we didn't slouch, and YES WE SMILED. I told my class to observe how those who danced without smiling on stage - Haha see I have experience one ok-o! :D

For the acting ones arh, it was really well done. They spoke with enough emotions, and their character totally fits well. None of them forgot their lines too. (:

Yeah and so after our performance ended, we ran backstage screaming and hugging each other like hell. It was a total hit!

Bleh okay.

After every class' performance, talentnight ended. We could go meet our parents for like 30 mins or so and I wen to meet mine for 10 minutes. After that I just chilled out with my classmates.

I TELL YOU WE WERE LIKE WHAT. SUPER HIGH CAN. AND WE DID LIKE WHAT. MASS DANCE ON STAGE. THEN WE SANG THE WHAT. MASS DANCE SONG ON STAGE ALSO LOL.

I THINK WE DID FOR LIKE WHAT. 10 CONSECUTIVE TIMES. LIKE SERIOUSLY.

We did the dance like damn hyper lor. Scream and shout and sing like no one's business. XD
Actually it was only 102 (we were the last to leave the hall btw) doing that, but then another class joined us too! Class 107! (:

So we were spazzing about for damn long sia. Couldn't stop high-ing and jumping about. Then Eleen was like saying, "TONIGHT CANNOT SLEEP LIAO!"
Hahaha~!

Anyway I danced with Klara haha.
Can remember that beginning of the year or something she was bushuang with me de. But I think we were either too high that night not to care or she's not bu shuang with me anymore. Haha enjoyed dancing with her la. I mean good relations with classmates (esp 2 years ones) are very important!!

After we got tired of jumping around for mass dance the whole 102 started cheering and cheering and cheering. Oh yeah and Jia Ying filmed down one of our cheers. XD

Hmm okay we took about an hour to get high I think. Then had to settle down le. D:

There was a special cockroach to wake us up anyway. It was like in front of the hall.

IN FRONT OF IN BETWEEN 102 AND 103. And I'm sitting right in front with Wan Li.

Like, what the hell. Then I totally screamed and run until dunno where (okay maybe not dunno where, just ran further back).

Mr Alex Teo went to step the cockroach LOL.

Anyway cause the whole hall was damn high.
Then the camp commandent was like saying
"Mr Alex Teo stepped on the cockroach."

Lol very funny la.

Okay then after a few more talks we were dismissed. I pon supper again (actually many people did). I went to class blog to blog hahaha. Everytime people see me typing they say I type very fast. :D

Also wrote speech with Wan Li. Had to do some appreciation speech (every class) the following day infront of sec 1 lifeskills camp cohort.

Apparently there was like 1 hr to lights out and my class was like still damn high and enthu. So they were all chilling except for 1 or 2 girls who went to SLEEP like wadaheck.

Oh yah and the seniors were sleeping in the quadrangles that night. So 102 shouted down "GOODNIGHT SENIORS! WE ARE FROM 102!" hahaha. And we also went to 101 to say goodnight too. :D Our dear ally class!

And then 101 came over. And we played the mirror image game with the two classes crowding around. Their class has this very daring girl who versused one girl from my class (rather daring also). I didn't take much notice cause was still working on the speech with WL.

And soon WL and I were done so my class decided to summon their class's most daring girl as well aka ME. :D

And bleh la. She was supposed to copy my actions I had a hell great time. She did everything perfectly though, never shy away or what.
Yah and the actions I made her do stupid bimbotic bitchy sexy actions WAHAHA (wo shi pro :D) like blow kiss+stick out butt+saying "I'm hawt.". :D

Haha damn funny sia.
And I decided to end with a series of bimbotic actions while saying "101, 102, are HOT."

Bleh okay soon it was lights out. LIKE WE REALLY CARE. XD

My Dearests of my Darlings were sleep so fast, damn sad. So I went to mingle with Hilary that group. And so the group of gossipers grew to five. And then by 30 minutes half the class was gossipping really softly. LIKE LOL. Shuning, Shumin, Hilary, Qiu Hao, Shen Lin, Ellen, Shuyi, Klara, Jia Le, Ling An, Iffera, Eleen, Melissa, Shi Chun, me.

Look closely and you can spot some muggers from the list.

Hey don't worry, the muggers in our class gossip well too (one thing I learn from the LSC!).

And there was another, erm, more private group which includes Charissa, Xin Yi, Kah Min and Kai Lin lol.

Hmm oh anyway. The next day 'Friday' was Hilary's birthday! WHEETS~!
So we were like all counting down to her birthday at 12 midnight then broke into excited whispers at the stroke of twelve. Then we kept "shhh"ing each other LOOOL.

Yah and after twelve teachers started walking around so we had to put our plan into use (fall flat on the floor and act like sleeping). But you know, that never works cause we're always too late. XD

Usually is male teachers patrol so we didn't get into trouble.

Oh yah and we concluded that male teachers are more lenient. :D

Hmm so that's about all. I really enjoyed that night alot, knew my classmates alot better and had lots of fun with them. (:
