She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not. Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.Tag

29th Feb..
Weird to think the next 29th February will be when I'm 17.Seventeen. That's a long way to go. How well will I be doing then? Well who cares. Anyway. Let's cut the crap and move on. Yah, today got back quite alot of results, Science quiz, Math quiz, Chinese dunnowhatpaper...And English SIA. Failed Science quiz. Was abit sad la. I mean, I did take time off to revise afterall. D: Math quiz was good, got 11/10 thanks to the bonus 1 mark. :D Chinese was good by my standards at least. 40/53. Had been expecting a fail. Anyway 40/53 is the third highest in class if I saw the list correctly. Or maybe fourth? Then again, who cares. Also got back English SIA. Screw that shit. I mean, I did well and all, had the same marks as Cheryl, and I'm not going to announce it here. Though topped class, we still admitted that we weren't very satisfied with it. Somehow we had expected more. Reminds me of what Miss Foo said, "Nanyang girls are perfectionists. They finish their work, have time, read through again, edit. Have more time, read another time, edit again." Perfectionists. Anyway though our marks were rather okay already, we couldn't help emoing with the rest. Some of them failed, say, 1/5 or 1/4 of the class. So the atmosphere was tensed and shocked, and I didn't dare say anything. Afterall my class is a rather competitive class. And so till now no one knows my marks, except Cheryl. And story-telling SIA is 10% of the overall subject grade (the other story-writing makes up the other 10%). Shi Chun cried. I thought back to Christmas last year (dont ask why), and hugged her. It's sad to see your one of your best friends cry you know. Especially when she's usually the one who brightens up your day and spam you hugs when you're not smiling. Cheer up alright, love. Speaking of this, cheer up too Gavin. This year is the emo-est year of my life. I emo still not enough, the people I know also emoemo de. >< It's a sad world. Now everyone, please cry. Uhm theatre after school wasn't very much enjoyed today. I felt damn tired and sian.. In addition the instructor kept scolding all of us for small reasons. Sigh. After theatre, went home, slack around, then went for piano lesson. My piano teacher says I look very zou2 huo3 lu4 muo2. I don't know what that means but yeah, I looked very stressed and emo. Being emo = playing emo songs better. I shall be emo tomorrow night for my piano concert! Yay, posted on 29th Feb 2008! (: Whee~ 1 more minute to 1st of March. = Survived two months in Nanyang! |
