She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not. Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.Tag

Memories...
Won't be able to blog about the first three days AGAIN, hope will have time to do it tomorrow lor.Well suddenly today like so memory-filled. I mean when we started the car to go out for lunch today, the song which was playing was "When You're Gone" by Avril Lavinge. It seriously reminded me of the P6 days where we would guailan our Chinese teacher, cause she seriously sucks like crazy. We once went so far that we requested a change of teacher...And also that time she called our parents. -.- Ok whatever. Well "When You're Gone" is memorable because it's the song all of us know how to sing, and by 'us' i mean me, Siew Boon, Yoke Kay, Carrisa, Odelia. The girl friends I click best with actually. (: So we keep singing that song during Chinese lesson when we got damn bored de. Then sometimes sing too loud the Chinese teacher would tell us off and then after that we would giggle hysterically. Those were the times. (: Sigh I really miss singing with SB... There was once we did an entire singing marathon where we sang for an entire hour without stopping except for drinking water. >< Gahh don't worry we still study hard. By hook or by crook we WILL excel. (: The next song which came on was "I'm Not Missing You" by Stacie Orrico. Reminded me lots about my really mug-free P5 days where I'd slack in front of the TV watching MTV Asia. And then I would have time to watch the 7pm show, 9pm show, use computer, and blahblahblah. Omg that seems like a lifetime ago. Also today my brother bought a billabong wallet, which reminded me of when SJ lost HIS billabong wallet, then me, JF and him go find like siao. Then the oh-so-smart me finally said, "Go general office lah, dumb!" And it was like, after 30 mins of finding? Ok maybe I'm not so smart after all. =X Anyway my brother asked me to select a wallet for him, and I selected one which looked like SJ's. It was a nice one though. On the way back home today Hanrui smsed me to ask me to faster come online as they wanted to play the rating game (seriously they got hooked whatthehell). In which I told them I couldn't play cause busy or something. Then I asked if he had completed his homework. Apparently he didn't. -.- This one somehow brought back memories of the times when I would constantly "nag/force" those close guy friends I have to study. Another reason it's cause Miss Lin asked me to err. "Talk to them". Cause they simply don't study. Like 1 month before PSLE still slack. -.- So it's actually quite good most of them got 230+. (: It's damn random lah. Like playing basketball then I also playing, then out of the blue I would shout, "EVERYBODY STOP PLAYING AND GO STUDY! PSLE ONLY * MONTH(S) AWAY!!!" And quoted from the ONLY entry in SJ's blog: Although some time being scolded by YY, the old nagging friend , but I still know that she is concern about me and want me to do well in study. Ok very crap haha. Sigh wonder how many times I've said this. But I really miss those days. |
