She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not.

Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol.

She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for.

She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism.

She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship.

Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours.

Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all.

“Forevers” are bullshit as of now.

The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too.

She is always torn between two.

But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.

2nd Jan-7th Jan

Just back from ballet.
Feel damn zibei.
I've missed like a December's worth of lessons, and in addition I missed another three months due to PSLE preperations.
Haiya, haiya, haiya...

I was really disappointed with myself just now. I couldn't get the steps right - maybe because of my lack of practice for so long - while most others could. When it used to be more of the other way round.

I hope Miss Wendy isn't too disappointed in me.
Besides I have a ballet exam to take in early April?
On top of that there's still practical and theory (as in piano stuff) examinations in June.

Someone says all my commitments are gonna kill me sooner or later.
I hope not.
I think I can manage just fine if I cut down abit more on blogging and MSNing - I'll be doing that as soon as lesson starts because I really wanna ace my sec 1.

Call me mugger. Whatever.
Idc, it's for myself anyway.
For my satisfaction.

I was horrified during today's briefing when I saw, "At least a B4 is needed for promotion to sec 2." B4 and above is 60 and above which is.. OMG..
It's not even 50 as the passing mark.
*Faints*

Won't blog about the past few days of orientation, too zibei and tired to blog about it.
Just a few highlights:
-2nd place in the inter-class cheering competition today. (:
-2nd place in the inter-class amazing race competition held on last Friday. (:
-1st place (within three classes) in the telematch competition. (:

I just love 102.

Anyway our winning cheer was:
3, 2, 1
N-AN-YA-NG, N-AN-YA-NG
We are the winning ones, oh so cool
Don't mess with us, don't be a fool
We are the number ones, we'll prove we're the ones
We are the number ones, we'll prove we're the ones
N-AN-YA-NG, N-AN-YA-NG
Go...NANYANG!

During the after the cheering competition today, the councillors of my class were like saying that I was super high (and besides I couldn't help jumping about) and most enthu one. Lol.
Yes and it was today we kept high-fiving each other lol. Like got this high-five disease. Then everyone couldn't stop doing that. And my palm was like. Painful liao.

Yeah, yeah, yeah...

Amazing race last friday had been fun as we were quite bonded already. Our class actually splitted into two groups, 102A and 102B, and I was in the A group along with the 'more-enthu ones' while B group was all the. Quiet ones.
So no surprise 102A got like 2nd in the Amazing race. (:

After amazing race had been telematch.. Throughout the entire thing we cheered like mad? Yah that's it.
And we won of course...

On Friday there was also this CCA mini-concert put up by different CCAs to xi ying people...Quite impressed by it and enjoyed it alot. After that was the CCA exhibition, where seniors drag you to different CCA booths and force you to put your name down. A few times I was rather uncomfortable as it seemed I was faced with the 'sign up or die' situation.
I did sign up for Modern Dance, Drama, Chinese Dance..Err still got.. Forget lah. Maybe choir or wushu? Dunno, dun care.

Oh yah then on Thursday was. CCA trails?
It was quite fun but affected my spine a little bit. From all the running and swinging and whatever.
I decided that I kind of liked judo.. Cause I just love slamming people down. Although there's the other way round too. -.-

It was scary the way I slammed the senior then she just looked up at me and then smiled. Like she didn't feel painful at all then I was standing there with that super horrified look on my face which resulted in her laughing.
Anyway he name is Madeline. She is very nice. (:

After school I went to ask her a few questions. Then she invited me to watch judo training that day. So I went, of course, and knew other nice judo members like Kelly (she's the president of judo) and Sheryl, etc.
They were like damn enthu cause apparently "someone was interested in judo". They kept telling me about judo and everything lol.

However at the end of the day I can't take it up cause of my scoliosis, and besides dancing is still my number 1...Totally irreplaceable.
Anyway I watched the judo session for like. 1h 30 minutes? Training is quite hiong lor.

Haiya..
Ok that's all lah..
Haiya, haiya.
I don't want to be retained in sec 1 next year. T.T

(Haiya, I think maybe all those seniors are influencing me also.)
