She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not.
Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.Tag

NANYANG CHORAL AND DRAMA NIGHT
WOOO~~~~~I totally HYPER-ACTIVE and HIGH and FREAKED-OUT because I JUST CAME BACK FROM NANYANG CHORAL AND DRAMA NIGHT!! =D
Omigosh firstly THANK YOU CHIAM YUN XIN my FAVOURITE SENIOR-TO-BE for inviting and "babysitting" me tonight hahaha!!!

So anyway, after school I practised with Yoke Kay, Carrissa and Siew Boon the dance for graduation night.
Oh yes, before going on, I have some good news (which like almost all my taggers already know). I passed the audition for Live the Dream and I'm one of the five teams selected to perform on graduation night.
There were around 20 teams or so. I blogged a totally really long entry in my draft about this Live the Dream thingie so I'm not gonna elaborate. And the reason why I save it in draft because it's so-called an irresponsible entry which will lead to tagboard inflammation.
The whole thing went really well though, and I received quite a bit of compliments and mostly including "sexy". Like -.- that word didn't even cross my mind cause the steps were like rather simple.
Probably because the amount of energy I put in was 101%...People say I suck all the energy from the back-up dancers LOL.
Okay back.
Miss Lin wanted my group to merge with YYK's group so we did, willingly, but I'm not sure if they would if things were the other way round. Being friends for like 2 years, I know YYK is the really competitive type and she likes to win alot.
So, give and take, SHE'S STILL MY VERYVERYVERY GOOD FRIEND! Although my BESTEST friend is ASB! =D
So we took abit of their steps and it was really nice. The more brains the better the ideas. =)
We crapped alot while practising lol. Crap like hell. Then we keep doing real stupid stunts especially YK which made us clap like hell.
These days I'm mixing way more with my girlfriends. Which is probably a good thing!
Oh yeah and anyway my girlfriends, except for ASB and Yan Ting, are rather boy-boy type. YK, Carrissa, Odelia.. Sports pro sia, I feel inferior. ><
Speaking of that, we 4 are gonna represent the class in Captain's Ball together with Jia Ling, Kar Mun and Joanna.
So after practise I went home and then the first thing I did was probably have my Princess Sleep on the sofa. Then woke up around like 4.45 then went online...As usual chat with OBQ...Then go for my Princess Shower...
Then about time to leave already. XD Ate a little bit of Maggie-Mee (when I was young I loved it but now I don't like it) - mummy says I'm growing up. XD
A little little bit of traffic jam, but luckily I managed to reach 10 minutes before seven (time which I was supposed to meet Yun Xin and Jian. YX invited him to go.)
Yun Xin was selling roses then I hung around there and kinda interacted with her friends and I'm glad to say most of the Nanyang girls are DAMNDAMNDAMN friendly.
I'm so not gonna have problems next year. My doubts on an all-girls school are pretty much cleared. Just that, of course I have to give up the priviledge of hanging out with boys which can be better at times, although they are quite insensitive cause they haven't really grown up yet (for my age). But girls are too sensitive (even tomboys like YK, who is very).
Then is there any kind of human-being having the right level of sensitivity...-.- Okay that one I will freak out and run away. Neither boy nor girl.
YX asked me to go in the audi first but then I insisted on waiting for her (which in turn had to make Jian wait too lol). Kept clinging on her haha but luckily she doesn't mind much.
Xuewei was the Chinese host and I thought she looked really great in that skirt she was wearing. XD She sounded like a pro host. Her Chinese was totally awesome.
The dramas were really very nice, some super hilarious like the News Reporting one (that one in Chinese). That one I totally couldn't stop laughing.
I was quite surprised that the GEP students WERE NOT NERD AT ALL. And Nanyang girls can act REALLY REALLY WELL!
NANYANG ROCKS LAH!
Haha next year I'm gonna be on that stage! =D YAY!
Can't really decide between Modern Dance or Drama as CCA.
My mum wants me to choose Drama.
Then one show before the interval fund-raisers like YX had to go out first and again I insisted on following her (which "forced" Jian to do so too hahaha).
We went to the Lecture Theater 2 cause YX's junior class was there, class 101 since her class is 201. Then Jian felt very awkward because he was probably like the only guy there (well throughout he appeared to be very awkward cause me and YX are mixing around with all the NY girls).
Then after that hung around in front of the Siew May Auditorium.. Then YX, me, Jian, and a few of her NY friends (I can only remember Ting Yi -who's YX deskie for a year and the half - and Adalyn's names lol) decided to go "walk walk".
Then YX introduced me to Adalyn as "your modern dance junior" lol then off they went chatting about the instructor then damn hilarious. Say what he belly-dancing then sometimes when he warm-up can see his underwear. Then red is dunno what mood, blue is happy, blahblahblah. Damn funny lor. XD
NY girls are super fun. =D
Then went back inside the audi with YX, TY and Jian. Saw YX's junior class perform! Haha. YX performing on the 7th.
After that the NY girls had to stay for some debrief. I don't want to go home yet and my mum's also not there yet, so I went with YX inside, after Jian left.
We sat with YX's junior class and I got to know my new-found "mummy", XUYUE!! =D Since Jian's my "daddy" then Xu Yue must be my "mummy" LOL!
Okay that feeling was SO nanyang.
Because the teachers were of course addressing them as nanyang girls then talk to them in the nanyang manner. Like sooooo ^^!!
Anyway Nanyang girls are really united la. Clap them loud and wooo~~~ damn loud. Then got one part suddenly out of the blue a cheer erupted then the whole audi started cheering also lol. Saw Xuewei high-five with the English host (Abigail or something) when the teachers mentioned their thanks to the hosts.
After the debrief I wanted to go look for Xuewei but she left already. Next time. ^^
Then YX walked out with me because mummy was waiting outside. Lol thanks again, favourite senior-to-be!! =D
She wants me to call her on my first day of school. That is, if I can get in lah.
Haha it was damn nice lor THAT NIGHT ROCKS.

With the DSA or whatever I don't care I just need to get in!! ^^
