She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not.
Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.Tag

NYGH DSA! =)
Hmm how should I put this?I am going somewhere tomorrow.
I am going to Nanyang tomorrow.
I am going to Nanyang Girls High tomorrow.
I am going to Nanyang Girls High to take a test tomorrow.
To be exact:
I AM GOING TO NANYANG GIRLS HIGH TO TAKE THE DSA TEST TOMORROW.
Hmm I won't have to explain how I feel, because everyone already knows.
Or, probably not.
Well, for one thing, I've got no confidence. Or maybe I have, I don't know. It's just like, "Whatever lor...Chan Jing Yi can't get in I sure can't get in one. Even my mum also says it's for really gifted people only."
Okay let's just try our luck.
Alot of people going. Nai Hui, Carrissa, Joanna, Jia Ling, Felecia, etc. If anyone of them happen to go in and I don't...后果不堪设想. I might murder them.
No, I'm just kidding. But I will hate them, just because of the fact that they are better and able to get into NYGH, while I can't. If I can, then I happy for everyone lor.
To tell you the truth, I'm not a very nice girl and I WILL get jealous. I've already predicted so.
Aiya Nai Hui sure can get in one. Her academic quite okay, her Chinese Dance super pro, head-prefect some more.
Carrissa using Wushu. I don't think I will hate her lar. She's naturally one of my good friends. =)
Anyway Miss Lin tested me oral today. 1 on 1. She didn't have to test reading cuz no time..But reading I should have no problem..Just that I always read v. fast, nervous or not.
I talk also talk v. fast.
I'm trying to shrug off that bad habit. >.<
She tested me picture only. I'm quite, slightly, more confident this time round than used to be. Because...

I didn't even practise alot.
As usual, there was just a few repeated words or stammers..I can't seem to kick that one off.
Although, at the end, Miss Lin smiled and shrugged and folded her and leaned back, and said, "Full marks lor."
If I were the examiner, I wouldn't have given myself full marks cuz my expectations are higher than high.
So anyway, after the oral..
Because I was the last person to take the oral after school, and everyone else went home already, Miss Lin said, "So you and Derek ah?"
What happened was actually.
During the hall, Racial Harmony Concert. It was frigging boring for goodness sake and everyone like cannot ta-han liddat. The skit is totally @#$%^&* and more than half the class isn't listening, but whatever, thanks for your efforts anyway.
So, because I was really bored, Derek (who's in 6C and sitting in front of me then) and I started talking. And like 10 seconds later, I noticed everyone around me and him were laughing and smiling.
Then Siew Boon ask me look at Miss Lin and Mdm Lee. Derek and I did. Mdm Lee (6C teacher) was doing that irritating kiss-kiss thingie with her hands and smiling away while Miss Lin was laughing.
IMMATURE LAR!
But I like Mdm Lee alot. =) She's so really fun, but also sometimes strict. That time she played with Nicky Yong we gave her a standing ovation.
That's just ridiculous. I haven't talked to Derek Yeo since a few months ago.
Anyway P6 boys are hopeless lar.
Duhh.
So I told Miss Lin that me and Derek were calling each other "VCG". I can't tell you what's that (though i told miss lin and she sighed), and that's actually not a very good thing, but not vulgar stuff. Haha. But just joking only lar.
Anyway..Somehow I just can't help but say I'm losing confidence and NYGH is just like wishful thinking. She said I've always been above average and stuff...
I can tell I'm really demoralized by my SA1 marks.
Sorta believe that no amount of assessments can make me smarter.
Whatever. I just follow everyone and do what I ought to be doing.
