Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. Well I won Yoke Kay and Jing Feng and Samuel and Xi Mei (okay not exactly a P.E pro, but the rest are),etc but I like lost Odelia and Carissa, duhh. But everyone relax lar, I'm gonna flunk 1.6 lor.
And the reason why for these 5 stations I won them? I'm an ELEVEN years old GIRL. So, yeah, haha, bonus. Lucky my birthday's in September.
Well anyway Samuel complained girls so good and stuff, so me, Shao Jun, Gerald, Jing Feng, Siew Boon and Sherry bullied him and ask him be girl lar. LOL.
1 A was Sit-and-reach. Oh one of my niche area. I was more flexible last year, though. This my body feels so rigid already. Cause I haven't been practising my splits and stretching stuff. (Sorry Miss Wendy...I'll try to recuperate for all the losses next year..This year has been really busy.)
Score: 43cm. I could have been the highest or second highest among the girls if Xi Mei and Pamela did a fair test...Their teacher-in-charge didn't even put everything properly.
Another A was Sit-ups (was easy feat, duh, thanks Miss Wendy for training us with 100 stomach exercises like practically almost every ballet lesson). It's a pity, though, that I won't be "balleting" for another 2-3 months. OMG WTH PSLE IS SO NEAR. OMG. OMG. OMG. OMG. OMG.
Score: 31. Haha...Like about average bah. Last year did more. =(
The last A is Incline Pull-up, which came as quite a shock as last year I only managed to do single digits, around 5 to 8 la, for maybe even less.
Well really have to say thanks to that THING in my door which is used to do chin-ups. I'm like supposed to like grip and just hang down there to let the gravity pull me down, in turn making the spine straight.
But I'm getting taller, and my feet are soon gonna touch the floor wholely (is there such a word?) already.
Tilt your head for the second one. Yeah you get what I mean? So anyway, my mum kept nagging for me to do that, in which I, typically good girl (not really), will follow her wishes. Okay thank you!From P4-P5 I've always hated Incline Pull-up..P.E always the last few to try, but this time I suddenly love. Weehee! Hehe, probably because now my arm muscles are trained and not as weak as last time, hence winning alot of people. But mine will be like absolutely nothing compared to ODELIA's arm muscles. Hers are like super obvious have.
Score: 26. BIGGG JUMP FROM SINGLE DIGIT. Okay me and Tricia were 2nd highest among the girls. Highest was of course Odelia Oh, with 30, and boy's highest, if I'm not wrong, is GERALD! with 33. 30 seconds do 33. He siao one.
Well Shao Jun could not believe that i got 26. He got only 19, and then he said, "You confirm bluff me one, you where got so good lor." Don't sore-loser lah, Ah Jun, like SOME people (I won't mention name but he's crazy I tell you).
My C was Shuttle Run.
It was held in the hall, and hall's grand piano was free to play. I played Waltz of the Flowers for fun, which I played on concert last Saturday...Will blog about the concert maybe tmr or something. With pictures. XD I was still able to memorize the first 3 pages of Waltz of the Flowers, but the rest got hay-wired already. Haha whatever.
