She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not.
Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.Tag

Happening Thursday
Happening Thursday.Lol, yeah.
My dad has just got a grasshopper nymph out. Okay maybe not really a grasshopper but something GREEN and CREEPY.
EEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWW.
I don't care what the @#%^&* it is. Since when have I ever cared about six legs creatures. All I have to give them is EEEEWWWW.
Right now I'm just feeling super pissed off by the amount of insect my room has. At this very moment a moth is stationed at my NANYANG GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL LOGO on my wall in front of my desk.
So I'm super pissed off by that moth for damaging the logo. Okay maybe not damage but a moth there does look ugly. Ew lar get lost man. I can't catch it although a friend's jiayouing me for fear of it flying. I especially hate flying insects.
They creep me out. Big time.
Anyway my dad actually used his bare hands to catch the green thingie (CAN FLY). I was like O.O. Then when he actually caught it and walked to me I couldn't help but let out a deafening scream which caused my mum to say shhhhhh!!!!. Yeah I'm this scared, and it was 11.30pm at night. Yeah sorry if I woke everyone up, don't come chasing me with insects because I will die of fright.
And my parents will be the first people in history to sue them for murdering by bringing insects near to Miss Sim YY.
OH MY ONE JUST FLEW PAST.
It's small. Okay, at least got consolation.
Anyway, papa said, "I don't know how the next generation going to live." Fine, I'm gonna marry a husband who's a pro at catching insects, even flying ones. And maybe my purpose to marry is to save myself from insects.
No, I'm just kidding. =)

Most from class 6D. You can actually keep hearing coughs. Mostly from me. LOL. I'm recovering, but it will take long as I can't stop myself from singing. XD
Although I sound horrible...
Anyway prelim...It was such a surprise, a HUGE one, that I didn't feel the least anxious or worried or nervous. It was like, okay, fine, I'll just take it, whatever. Supposed to have butterflies in my stomach, there wasn't. My heart was supposed to palpitate wildly, but it wasn't. I was totally cool and calm and composed, knowing that I will enjoy my make-up oral, whatever the hell it is.
I went for Chinese first. Passage was pretty simple, picture (road and roadside) was slightly harder of course. Conversation was okay.
Of course I had to greet the teacher (Jin lao shi and dunno who) first, "老师早." Followed by the sorethroat-explaination. "因为今天喉咙不舒服,所以表现可能不会那么好." Well a tutor told me to say that if I have sorethroat and stuff. -.- I did lar and as usual I used my "oral voice" which is this super si wen and pleasant and likable and comfortable to hear tone which someone would actually puke if I used that in front of him.
He saw me wearing the Chinese Dance (for Paradise rehearsal) costume today and was like O.O wth I can't imagine! Then he took out his spectacles and rubbed his eyes and wear again. LOL.
After I said that the other teacher was "不要紧" and both teachers smiled of course. So everything went on quite fine, the two teachers were friendly and not black sour face, passage was good, picture was not bad...Although I missed out one part and the other teacher was like, "有什么要补充的吗?" And I said,"没有" She said, "再看清楚".
Which I did, and noticed a speeding car at the vvvvv top of the picture. It wasn't even obvious at all lar, so small and then got one smoke bubble nia. Wah lau no fair. I said about that car, although I wasn't entirely sure what she wanted. I had to say something, right?!
Conversation was quite good...
Overall was not bad..
I enjoyed it alot! Really! I like friendly teachers and you feel more relaxed around them. Also, two teachers make you more calm than just one.
English was next. I used all the tips I learnt... Except one part I was like, "OMG! Shit forget!" didn't say that out duh.
Greeted the teachers (Mdm Chiam and dunno who) too..Then, "I may not be at my best today as I'm having a sore throat." The teachers didn't quite know what to react to that, though, but they just said, "okay."
Passage reading was great, though my voice did sound quite hoarse. Picture was great too, and Conversation was the BEST!
Picture was on Annual Recycling Day, with children at every table sorting out stuff to reuse, reduce, recycle.
I was immediately relieved when I looked at the picture because I know there's going to be LOADS to talk about during conversation - Deforestation, Global Warming, 070707 Live Earth and stuff. I enjoyed the English oral, but I enjoyed conversation most. I was varying my pitch and stuff, 100% eye contact looking at both examiners, nodding, smiling, getting them engaged (they did look so), and made them laugh at how I ended the conversation. One of LS's tips, haha.
Jia Ling's conversation was better than me, I think, as she made the examiners laugh like hell when she talked about the dustbins without covers in the canteen. I almost burst out laughing too as I could hear what she was saying. >.< I didn't cheat though! I stuck to my plan!
Overall...English oral was very enjoyable and went fantastic.
Okay nobody's confident of scoring full marks of course. I did stammer a few times, so yah. But at least I won't fail both my oral. -.- Okay that's crap.

Rehearsal after school.
Damn boring. 1.30 - 5pm. From 2-3pm I was at supplementary cause I know I would not be able to handle the extreme boredom. I was in my pinky girly chinesey costume, and as usual there was a commotion when I walked into the classroom. Since when has there been not whenever they see me in my costume.
I was like whatever. It's just a costume (LIKE EXPOSE ALL MY FATS) and I'm so frigging sick of it as I'm wearing it for like the thousandth time. Seriously I think we danced Paradise for more than 500 times already.
So I didn't say anything and went straight to my seat, ignoring what wahh or eee the animals made. LOL no not animals I'm so sorry. My lovely fellow classmates. (I realised I've been getting very emo lately..Like say I love you to my Plantinum friends. Not that they mind. Probably its the year is drawing to an end soon and I'm treasuring every moment I have with them. Because 5 year we might be stiffly polite to each other already.)
After supplementary..Go library holding area...Singing with my sore throat..Yong Xun's handphone got tons of songs. Then we kept laughing in the library cuz the librarian was so fun. Yan Ying, Yong Xun, Yoke Kay, Yu Shan and the librarian. See the names all got Y. LOL.
Tmr open house le. Yippee no more boring rehearsals (we're like needed for only 15 minutes of practise?) and able to concentrate fully on work.
Yeah chiong full speed. So have to blog late at night now. It's like 1.18 am le. I shall drink latte tomorrow.

Music exam.
YAY WE'RE DONE WITH THIS TOO! NO MORE PROJECTS! Well I do enjoy projects, but with so many on hand and PSLE to tackle, it's really tough and tiring.
Well we weren't THAT ready for performance yet, so we were like..Aiya next week la next week la this week la this week la. Then Mdm Tan said whoever do today got 4 bonus points. Me, Jia Ling, Yu Ting, Tricia stood up immediately at the same time. Lol my group is like super...Dunno what.
JL and YT were supposed to do the rap, but they were like standing down there and singing the rap without moving their bodies and all, so in order to cover up for them, me and Tricia exaggerated our movements. Tricia and I are actually the more..You know.
Unshy. LOL.
Singing softly and dancing. Dancing, oh dancing. I chorreographed ALL the dance steps, and I thought it was quite well done, just that sometimes forgot nia.
Dancing, as usual, the feel is important, you really have to get into the dance, put your mind, body, heart and soul into it and just DANCE! Whenever I dance I show everyone WHAT I'VE GOT, and this time was no exception.
At the end I didn't think it was fantastic, but Mdm Tan looked pleased and said that this is a very good one as got combination of song, rap, dance, singing...Me and Tricia were like...Looking and each other and WTH?!
