Profile
She is unpredictable, frequent moodswings. Sometimes she’s nice, and sometimes she’s not. Her name is Yan Ying. 90% of the world can’t pronounce it properly, simple as it seems. But no one really cares so they just call her YY. She is not fond of people with the same name as her. She turns 14 on 6th September and she loves her birthday cause it is a sex symbol. She was from Yew Tee Primary and is still proud of her school. She will never forget the class of 6D’07, or the batch of P6’07. She is currently an idiot in Nanyang Girls High and it is a love-hate relationship. She belongs to 202’09 which she, to be honest, doesn’t feel much for. She is a Theatre Club girl and is more than proud to be one. She especially loves Emo Batch♥, and looks forward to devoting her next 3 years to TCN with much optimism. She does ballet with more than just passion but she can’t do a center split. She is trying her best and is currently aiming for a far-fetched distinction for Grade6. She loves hiphop just as much though she’s pretty new at it. Her favourite sport is swimming and she occasionally plays basketball as a form of stress-relief. She likes to be tan and loves her swimming tan line. The piano, is yet another love-hate relationship. Like most teenagers, her hobbies include MSNing, blogging, and youtubing and facebooking. She loves shopping and doing random stuff like gaying people, jumping over railings, walking in the rain, and having completely irregular sleeping hours. Unlike most teenagers, she thinks that rap music is trash. She also thinks that she is getting old cause she hates the songs the average listens to these days. She can’t explain her love for oldies, country music, ballads, and sentimentals. Nostalgic songs are the best. Her favourite bands are Michael Learns to Rock, The Beatles and Westlife. She loves too many singers to name them all. “Forevers” are bullshit as of now. The night speaks to her the way no one else can. Her favourite thing to do is to curl up with a book on a rainy afternoon in her room, where she feels safest in. Her favourite flower is a black rose, but on the contrary, she likes rainbows and hugs too. She is always torn between two. But she is determined when she sets her mind on something, so she wants the world to shut up and believe in her. Just watch.Tag

CNY 2006
Regarding- CNY 2006, even though it's blogged after the lunar 15Chinese New Year...One of my favorite occasions becoz -Can play MAHJONG!!!!! (YAHOO!!!!!) -Family reunion -Can get new clothes. -OMG, BA KWA!! ANG POW!! NEW YEAR GOODIES!!!! (Um, sorry but...it's fattening.) -DON'T HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!! Ahaha...I'm dreading school tmr..no surprise though. I'm probably the girl version of Tom Sawyer. =) Let's get sick and dun go to school. There is a chance, ok!! Chinese New Year SURE got people get sick one... Hope that it's NOT me. I wanna get a merit point for end of the term.:) Ok, I'll start with the reunion dinner on Friday... Went to the Jurong East Ah ma's house for reunion dinner. And it's Love Conciege's last episode! This year's CNY is a little different from 2004's because my paternal grandmother is still alive then. But she passed away of my brother's birthday last year. I think it's a sign of something because my brother is the only one in the family that can bring down the family name, so it's right that everyone must treat him like a king. On Saturday night, I ate steamboat with daddy, mummy and yz plus Hazel. I think it's like the once in a year basis. Then I took some pictures of my dog, cutie. Oi, it's the dog's year. ![]() Uh...It's a FAKE dog.Time for the first day of Lunar New Year!!!!!!!!!!! Um...it's the day that I got the most red packets...Of course....AND THE FIRST DAY I GOT TO PLAY MAHJONG!!! Whoa, I almost forgotten how to play, like some of my cousins cos I haven't touched it since the Chinese New Year last year...But soon got the hang of it! Before I set off, I took some pictures, as usual. Myself..
Mummy and me.. Yang Zhi and me...Yang Zhi in that pic somehow reminds me of daddy. ![]() ![]()
And my family, with Cutie. Yang Zhi, Ms. Bull-dancer and me. Bai Nian, which reminds me of Yi Chun, in the mean girls tone :"Mom, where are we going?" The first place we went to after we stepped out of the house is my parent's office- the only time I got to use the computer, so yay or boo? I dunno. ![]() Going up to my parent's office.. Then we're off to Wai Po's house (which means MAH JONG in my language). Of course, when I just arrived, I got a lot of Ang Baos. :D HAHA!! WEI YING KISS A BOY!!! Me, and my cousins whom I don't recognize. Heard of their names, yes, but don't see them that often (probably every CNY only), so I totally forgotten how they look like. I'm an EXPERT at MAHJONG. Uh, not really... Second day....ARGHH!!! Never take any personal picture, while my brother took lots. Ugh. But roughly, this are some pictures that I took.
Third day-
I know, I look like a fat ass in there. The shirt's kind of loose. All I remember is me, dissapointed that the next day is a schoolday.. The following Saturday, 4th Feb- My parent's staff and customers came...And blah blah blah...BUT WHAT MAKES IT SO SPECIAL IS THAT I DRANK A WINE, FROM MY OWN WINE GLASS...!! I usually take sips fm my parent's glass. I know, the wine glass is barely visable but look closer. :D I don't think I have any more things to say le...O.o |
